PING Prodi G 2024 Junior Iron

Product reviewed
PING Prodi G 2024 Junior Iron
A single junior iron sold per-loft, so a set can be built or topped up club by club.
This review is based on the manufacturer's or retailer's published specifications and pricing - not a hands-on test by our team. We haven't physically tested this product yet.
Who it suits
Parents topping up or replacing a single iron in an existing bag - a lost, bent or outgrown club - rather than buying an entirely new set.
Specifications
Strengths
A lower centre of gravity and higher MOI aim to get the ball airborne easily and stay forgiving on off-centre strikes, matching the design philosophy of PING's junior set irons rather than being a cut-down afterthought.
Limitations
Buying a full run of lofts individually costs meaningfully more than a packaged set - this only makes financial sense when you need one or two specific clubs, not a complete iron set.
Value for money
At $178.49 per iron, fair for what it is, but not a way to assemble a cheaper set than buying one outright.
Australian availability
In stock through GolfBox at time of writing.
Final verdict
Exactly the right tool for topping up or replacing a single club, not a way to save money on a full set.
